Historic trees in sculpture with and with out colour

Totem Poles date as far back as the 1800s. Totem Poles are monumental wooden sculptures and come from the cultures in the Pacific Northwest Coast of North America. It is a cultural tradition that has been said to be lost in this modern day, however this is not true - they are still used all over the world. They are not entirely for worship and there are also some poles that are used to ridicule those groups that have unpaid debt and they are called "Shame Poles" .
